Yogi's Pranayam (Breath and Energy Control) Routine
- Alternate Nostril Breathing
- Both Nostrils Breathing
- Breath in deeply and hold to capacity
- Breath out deeply and hold to capacity
As you breathe in, imagine you are taking in the energy, as you
breathe out, imagine you are getting rid of all the rubbish from
your body.
Lay down flat on the earth and breathe deeply 5 times, imagine a
light at a third eye location on the center of the forehead. Breathe
normally and keep focusing on the third eye/soul…..Ask life
questions like Who, What, Why am I etc. |
