Why Yoga?

In God's treasure the biggest gift is the Human Body.  We should be thankful of him for giving us this gift.  Keeping the body healthy and happy, that is the worship of God.  If we do not take care of this gift, it is a disgrace to him.  If we are not careful of our body, we are responsible for it, not God.

To keep the body healthy we need five things:

  • Flexibility
  • Clean internal organs
  • Clean nervous system
  • Proper eating habits
  • Keep the mind happy and peaceful
